Terms of Service
The Storehouse Method
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website storehousemethod.com and any related pages, forms, workshops, emails, text messages, assessments, and materials (collectively, the "Services") provided by The Storehouse Method ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1.Who We Are — and What We Are Not
The Storehouse Method is an educational company providing information, self-assessment tools (including the Funding Readiness Check), workshops, and educational content to help business owners understand how business funding readiness works. We are not a lender, loan broker, credit-repair organization, credit-counseling service, or financial advisor. We do not arrange, originate, guarantee, or promise funding, loans, credit, or approvals of any kind. All lending decisions are made solely by the financial institutions you choose to apply to. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
3.Educational Nature of the Services; No Guarantees
The Services are educational in nature. Any examples, scores, frameworks, or outcomes referenced are for illustration only. Results vary based on individual and business circumstances, and no specific funding outcome, approval, credit result, or financial result is promised or implied. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the information provided.
4.The Funding Readiness Check and Assessments
The Funding Readiness Check is a self-scored educational questionnaire. It does not pull, access, or report your personal or business credit, and it is not a credit check, application, or underwriting decision. It is intended to help you self-identify areas to consider before you approach a lender. The information you enter is self-reported, and the output is only as accurate as the information you provide.
5.Workshops, Webinars, and Optional Sessions
We offer free educational workshops and webinars (for example, our weekly Tuesday webinar). Attendance is optional. Any private strategy session or one-on-one consultation is completely optional, is only offered if you request it, and does not obligate you to purchase anything. Where a paid product or service is offered, its price and scope will be presented to you before purchase.
6.Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Certain products or services may be offered for a fee. Prices are stated at the point of sale. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and by purchasing you agree to their terms as well as ours. Unless a specific refund policy is stated at the time of purchase for a given product, all sales are considered final. Any refund terms presented for a particular offer will control for that offer.
7.Email and SMS Communications (Consent)
When you submit your information through our forms, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, and/or SMS text message at the address and number you provide, including through automated means, for educational content, reminders, updates, and offers related to the Services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. For help with text messages, reply HELP. Even after opting out, we may still send transactional or service-related messages where permitted by law.
8.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
