    Effective Date: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Storehouse Method ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the website storehousemethod.com and related Services. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

    1.Information We Collect

    We collect:

    • Information you provide directly — your name, email address, and phone number when you submit the Funding Readiness Check, register for a workshop or webinar, or contact us.
    • Self-assessment responses — the answers you enter into the Funding Readiness Check and similar tools; these are self-reported and are not credit data.
    • Transaction information — if you make a purchase, our third-party payment processor collects payment details; we do not store your full card number, though we may retain limited records such as the product purchased and the date.
    • Automatically collected information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and general usage data via cookies and similar technologies.

    2.Information We Do Not Collect

We do not pull, access, or store your personal or business credit report, credit score, or underwriting data through the Funding Readiness Check or our Services. Nothing on our site performs a credit check.

    3.How We Use Your Information

    • send reminders, updates, workshop/webinar information, and educational or promotional content by email and/or SMS consistent with your consent

    • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

    4.Email and SMS Communications

With your consent, we send educational and marketing messages by email and text. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link in any email, and opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies. We do not sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

    5.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only with:

    • Service providers — trusted vendors who help operate the Services (CRM/email platform, payment processor, analytics), permitted to use information only to perform services for us.
    • Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
    • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with reasonable steps to keep your information protected.

    6.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

    7.Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

    8.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    9.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and to opt out of certain uses.
